Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
Qinary Corporation ("Qinary," "we," "us") operates qinary.com. This page explains what data we collect from visitors, the third-party tools we use, and how to reach us with questions.
Information we collect
- Information you send us directly. If you email us (including via the "Start Your Brand" or "Book Buck Now" links), we receive whatever you include in that message: name, company, contact details, and anything else you choose to share.
- Our contact form. If you fill in the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, company (if you give one) and message you type. That information is emailed to us through Resend, our email delivery provider, and a record of the enquiry is stored in GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, so that we can reply and keep track of the conversation. We keep enquiries for as long as we may need them to deal with your request and our ordinary business records, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact address below.
- Automated analytics and advertising data. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which visitors come from our social and ad campaigns, and to measure ad performance. This may involve Meta setting cookies and collecting browser/device information as described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site, for example which pages get read and which links get clicked. We run it with Google Consent Mode, so before you make a choice Google receives only a basic signal with no cookies and no identifiers. If you accept, Google may set cookies and collect browser and device information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
- Font, logo and content delivery. Our fonts and the brand logos shown on our pages are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not send your details to a font or icon provider. Blog content is likewise served as static pages from this site.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, understand how people find and use this site, and measure the performance of our marketing. We do not sell visitor data.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement, which sets cookies and shares limited browser data with Meta. We gate it based on where you are:
- Consent-first regions (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, Brazil): the pixel does not load at all until you click Accept on our consent banner. If you decline or ignore it, no pixel and no marketing cookies.
- Other regions (including the United States): the pixel runs under an opt-out model. We show you a notice when you arrive and you can opt out at any time. We re-check your region on each visit, so we do not carry an opt-out-region default over to a consent-first region.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out automatically, the pixel will not load, and the site shows you that the signal was honored.
Withdrawing. You can change your choice anytime with the Privacy Choices control (also in the site footer). Opting out stops future tracking; it does not retract data already sent before you opted out. On withdrawal we also clear Meta's first-party cookies where we can. You can additionally block cookies in your browser and opt out of interest-based Meta advertising through Meta's Ad Preferences.
Third parties
We use the following third-party services in the operation of this site: Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (website analytics), Meta (advertising analytics), Resend (delivery of the email generated by our contact form), and GoHighLevel (the customer relationship system where we store contact form enquiries). Each may process limited technical data as part of delivering their service to us.
Resend and GoHighLevel receive information only when you choose to send us something through the contact form. The others may receive technical data, such as your IP address, whenever a page loads, because that is how a page is delivered and rendered.
Your choices
Use the Privacy Choices control (also in the site footer) to accept or decline the marketing pixel at any time. You can also enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honor it automatically), block cookies in your browser, or use tracker-blocking extensions. If you'd like us to delete information you've sent us directly, email us and we'll take care of it.
